Crew Voice
Last updated 18 August 2026. Crew Voice is run by Luke Larsen. This page says what the app collects, who can see it, and how to get rid of it — in plain English, because the people using this app deserve to understand it without a lawyer.
When a crew member answers their monthly check-in, the owner does not read those words. He reads a written report. The report names people, because being told that two of your crew are close to leaving is no use if you do not know which two.
On any month, a crew member can ask not to be named. What they said still counts toward the report; their name is simply not attached to it, and the report is written without it. Either way the owner’s account has no permission to read the check-in table itself, and no screen in the app can get around that.
If you're an owner: your email address and password, your company name and trade, what you told us you're working toward during setup, any revenue, job counts and crew numbers you enter or import, and the customer names and contact details you add for review requests.
If you're on a crew: your first and last name and preferred language (given by your employer when they invite you), your phone number if your employer added one, and your monthly check-in answers — the text you write, the recording if you speak it, and the 1–5 rating you pick.
Crew members do not create a password or give us an email address. Joining with an invite code creates an anonymous account tied only to that code.
We do not sell anything to anyone. There is no advertising in this app and no third party receives your data for their own purposes.
Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), Anthropic (writing summaries and reading documents), Deepgram (speech to text), Stripe (payments), and Expo (push notifications). The website itself is hosted by Netlify and, on some pages, measured with Google Analytics. Each one only receives what it needs to do that job.
Some pages on this website — the blog and a few older pages — use Google Analytics to count visits and see which articles get read. It only runs if you accept the banner, and declining it costs you nothing: every page works the same either way. You can clear or block these cookies in your browser at any time.
The pricing page, the founding-member form and the turnover calculator do not track you at all. The calculator does its arithmetic in your browser and never sends your numbers anywhere — not to us, not to anyone.
Check-ins and summaries are kept while the account exists, because a report about this month is only useful next to last month's. Uploaded photos and files are processed and not retained.
In the app: Settings → Delete everything. For an owner this removes the company, every crew member's account, every check-in, and all reports and numbers. For a crew member it removes their account and their check-ins.
It happens immediately and cannot be undone — there is no backup we can restore from. If you'd rather ask a person, email larsenluke409@gmail.com and it will be done within 30 days.
Crew Voice is for people at work and is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect anything from children.
If this page changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, everyone with an account gets told in the app before it takes effect.
